Dance: My style...well its freestyle!

Don't mention it! I know I am terrible at my blogging, but hey, its hard trying to keep up a social media presence across all my platforms when most of the engagement is only on Facebook and Instagram. *Hint Hint* You guys should follow me on all pages ---> that away. Back on topic...DANCE!! As I have mentioned plenty times before, in some way or another, I was a shy wee little thing at all the dancing functions. It must have been the introvert in me that I didn't quite understand but whenever I was alone I would pop lock up a storm in my game room and there was a period of time Dance Dance Revolution was in that game room as well...so yea it was something serious lol. Anyway, I have always had this great deal of energy in me where I burst out in random song or dance which eventually turned into me discovering my own vibe with music. However, when I would be placed in church or school performances I was nervous as hell and never felt like I was doing my best. Simply because I was doing it in front of others. What I should have realized was that it was my natural ability to do it well enough that I garnered the different types of congratulations I would receive afterwards like: (music teacher to grandma 3rd grade) "...she can sing the song and dance at that age...", (church member to me) "...yall were doing the same moves but yours seemed different somehow...", or "awww she so cute". The point is I believe God blesses us with the gifts we need at birth for us to fulfill our purpose when the time is right and the clues as to what it may be are always there. It took me awhile to become confident in my gifts and not be afraid to show the world. So this is only a piece of what I have become.
